What is CrateMoreSpace?+
CrateMoreSpace rents reusable moving totes to make your move or temporary organizing simpler. Instead of hunting for boxes, hauling them yourself, and dealing with the breakdown afterward, we deliver durable totes to your door and pick them up when you're done.
What are reusable moving totes?+
They're sturdy, stackable plastic containers built for moving and short-term storage. Each holds about as much as a large cardboard moving box, but they're easier to carry, far more durable, and need no tape or assembly.
How does renting totes work?+
It's four simple steps: choose a package that fits your move, we deliver the totes to you, you pack and unpack on your own schedule, and then we come back to pick up the empties. Delivery and pickup are part of the service.
How long is the rental period?+
The minimum rental period is two weeks. Most customers keep the totes for the full two weeks or longer while they move and get settled.
Need more time? Extensions are usually available in two-week increments — just let us know before your scheduled pickup.
Are delivery and pickup included?+
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included within our standard service area.
So we can confirm counts and handle the totes safely, an adult needs to be present for both the delivery and the pickup appointment.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve Kokomo and nearby communities. Extended service areas may be available depending on schedule and availability.

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?+
Yes — someone needs to be present during both the delivery and pickup windows. That lets us confirm the number of totes, place them where you want them, and avoid missed or delayed appointments.
What if I need the totes longer than planned?+
Extensions are common. If you need the totes past your original rental period, contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability and scheduling, but we'll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
We get it — plans change. We just ask for advance notice whenever possible. Cancellations or reschedules made with reasonable notice are easy to accommodate; late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments may incur a fee. These policies keep our delivery schedule reliable for everyone.
What happens if I miss a delivery or pickup appointment?+
If you're unavailable during a confirmed window, the appointment may be treated as missed, a missed-appointment fee may apply, and we'll reschedule based on availability. Being ready at the scheduled time helps you avoid delays and extra charges.
Can I pick up or return the totes myself?+
No. Delivery and pickup are handled by CrateMoreSpace as part of the service — we don't offer customer pickup or self-return.
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?+
Yes. Every tote is cleaned and inspected between rentals so it arrives ready for the next customer.
Do you offer long-term storage?+
Not right now. CrateMoreSpace focuses on tote rental — you keep the totes at your location for the rental period. (Managed storage is something we're exploring for the future.)
